Michael
London
Michael is a co-founder of SeaWest Adjustment Company and currently manages our West Regional Office. He has twenty-eight years of experience in maritime, auto and general liability claims, and is licensed in both Washington State and Alaska.
Michael received his B.S. from Illinois State University. He worked in the insurance industry for both Liberty International and Kemper Insurance before founding SeaWest in 1994. He is a member of the Marine Insurance Association.
Heather
McMullen
Heather McMullen has been with SeaWest for nine years with a total of nineteen years in the industry. She is a licensed adjuster in both Washington and Alaska and has extensive experience managing marine, general, auto, and medical malpractice liability claims. Prior to joining SeaWest Heather managed claims for the University of Washington and Cambridge Integrated Services (AON).
Heather received her B.S. in biology from Washington State University and obtained her Casualty Claim Law Associates certification from the American Educational Institute. She currently serves on the board of the Puget Sound Maritime Claims Association as vice president and is a member of the Marine Insurance Association of Seattle and Puget Sound Adjusters Association.
Michael
S. Rogers
Michael is a co-founder of SeaWest Adjustment Company and currently manages our East Regional Office. He is experienced in virtually all phases of maritime and general liability matters. In addition, he specializes in employment practices liability claims, particularly those involving large institutions.
Michael received his B.A. in economics and political science from Miami University and his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law. Prior to launching SeaWest Michael was a Seattle-based lawyer with a practice devoted almost exclusively to insurance defense litigation. He is a licensed attorney in both Michigan and Washington.

Amy Jacobs
Amy originally worked for SeaWest from 1995 to 2004 as an executive administrative assistant. She received her BA in history, anthropology, and art history from the University of Washington and a master's degree in history from the University of Virginia. She came back to work for SeaWest in 2011 as an office manager while she finishes her doctoral dissertation.
Teri
Rogers
Teri joined SeaWest following careers as a legal secretary and in the construction insurance industry. Teri received her Associate degree from Lake Washington Technical College.
Rachel Mertins
Rachel joined SeaWest in 2012 after several years in banking. In addition to her experience in the financial world, she has a background in life and disability insurance. Rachel holds an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Everett Community College and is currently pursuing a BA in finance and accounting at the University of Washington.

Gary
Gilbert
Since our inception SeaWest has been affiliated with Gary Gilbert. Gary is President of Gilbert Heavy Equipment Claims, Inc and one of the foremost crane and heavy equipment appraisers in the country. When assigned a loss that involves specialty appraisals and adjusting such as construction machinery, commercial logging equipment, tractor-trailer rigs or hull and machinery Gary is the one we call. In addition to over 20 years of claims experience Gary has a B.A. degree from Seattle Pacific University, and multiple professional certifications including the Crane Inspection and Certification Bureau. He is also an Affiliate Member of the Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors.
Suzanne
Heidema
Suzanne has worked with SeaWest since 1996 as our outside accountant and business consultant. She is a Certified Public Accountant with over thirty years of experience. She has worked for a national accounting firm and as a partner in a Pacific Northwest regional firm. In 1990 Suzanne established her own accounting and consulting firm.
